| Thanks for your
interest and participation on the Forum at Irminsol Heathen Fellowship.
As some of you may already know, this year, we will have to renew our
hosting plan. Some new features have been offered. Some of these
features include Unlimited Harddrive Space, Unlimited Bandwidth,
Unlimited Email Addresses, and Unlimited Databases. What this means is
that we can upgrade our site to offer many new features, such as
streaming video and audio, a chat room, and many other useful options.
With Unlimited Harddrive Space and Bandwidth, we will also be able to
host other sites for a small fee...much less than it would cost for each
of these sites to operate individually. We are also seeking to gain 501(c)(3) status in the near future. This will require some funds up front. But, this will benefit the Folk as a whole. With a non-profit status, we will be able to offer tax deductions for contributions, as well as on materials. In the future, we wish to purchase land through the Fellowship and build a Hof. Some of these goals are distant future, while some are much closer. Either way, the site must be upgraded in the near future. The cost of this is not great. Any contribution will be greatly appreciated and put to use only for the use of the Fellowship. The first amount raised will be put directly into upgrading the site. After this has been achieved, any additional money will be applied directly for the 501(c)(3) planning. We will keep everyone updated on the status of each through the Forum. |
